The Challenge
Organizations were delaying device refresh cycles despite aging hardware due to budget constraints, uncertainty around residual value, and a lack of awareness around trade-in opportunities.

Developed an ABM campaign that directed customers to personalized landing pages showing trade-in values for aging Apple devices, while highlighting the latest Apple solutions and the benefits of upgrading. Partnered with Apple and sales teams to drive refresh opportunities and modernization conversations.
